At Bisou Jewellery we find it important that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear return and refund policy. Read the conditions below:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. As soon as we have received your return in good order, you will be refunded the purchase amount. Please note: the original shipping costs will not be refunded and the costs for returning are at your own expense.
Returns Policy
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if possible.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging has been opened more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for depreciation.
- Make sure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refund
